Terms & Conditions
These terms help ensure appointments run smoothly and safely for everyone receiving care through North Bristol Home Physio.
Appointments
Following a free 15-minute telephone consultation, we will agree the most appropriate appointment length for your initial assessment.
After the assessment, decisions about follow-up sessions, including duration and frequency, are made collaboratively based on your needs, goals and progress.

North Bristol Home Physio is based in BS9 and commonly covers:
-

Appointments outside these areas may still be possible, although additional travel costs may apply. Travel within 30 minutes of the therapist’s base location is included. Travel beyond this may be charged at £1 per mile, discussed in advance.
Pricing & Payment
Full pricing details are available on our website and may be updated occasionally. Changes will not affect appointments already booked.
If more than 12 months have passed since your last appointment, you may be treated as a new patient, as reassessment may be required, you will be charged accordingly.
Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made via card payment or BACS transfer.
Ongoing treatment may be paused if fees remain unpaid. If payment recovery becomes necessary, recovery costs may be added.
Appointment Changes & Cancellation
We understand plans change and we aim to be fair while keeping appointments available for others.

-
Cancellations or changes: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With enough notice, there is no charge.

-
Late cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost, at our discretion.

-
Unable to proceed on arrival: If we arrive and cannot proceed without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged.

-
If we need to cancel or are delayed: We will contact you as soon as possible. No fee will apply and your appointment will be rearranged.
We always aim to be reasonable where unexpected or serious circumstances arise.
Equipment & Resources
Some rehabilitation may require equipment or resources to support treatment at home. Any recommended purchases will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
