Following a free 15-minute telephone consultation, we will discuss & agree on the most appropriate appointment length for your initial assessment.

After the initial assessment, a collaborative decision will be made regarding any follow-up sessions, including their duration & frequency, based on your needs, goals, & progress.

Area Covered & Travel Fees

We are based in BS9 and provide services across surrounding areas, including BS1–BS11, BS20, BS32, BS34, and BS35.

However, we may also be able to travel outside these areas; additional travel costs may apply.

Appointment & Cancellation Guidance

We understand that life happens and aim to be fair while keeping appointments available for those in need.

Cancellations or changes: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With enough notice, there is no charge, and we will happily rebook you.

Late cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the session fee, at the discretion of North Bristol Home Physio.

Unable to proceed on arrival: If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to proceed without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged, at our discretion.

If North Bristol Home Physio need to cancel or are running late: We will contact you as soon as possible. No fee will be charged, and your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.

We will always aim to be understanding, reasonable and fair, particularly where unforeseen or serious circumstances arise.
